My Passion for Sewing
I have always enjoyed creating, probably a little too much! I made my first bat winged blouse and pencil skirt when I was eleven and haven't stopped since!
Over the years I have explored many sewing techniques and fabric related skills, I want to share these skills with you along with the associated therapeutic benefits of releasing your inner creative.

With a wealth of expertise and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching, Elizabeth is here to guide you through every and any step of your project, whatever your level of skill and experience. Whether you want help sewing from an existing pattern, or working on your own project, Sew it Seams' courses and workshops will help you exceed your goals.
Elizabeth Owen
Elizabeth is a seasoned seamstress with a flair for creating her own clothes and patterns. She has been teaching her skills to fellow seamstresses and seamsters for nearly a decade, and her work is showcased every month in Love Sewing magazine.
Elizabeth's specialised areas of expertise include dressmaking, pattern drafting and free motion embroidery.
She also makes the world's most amazing Pizza, according to her family.
